What would you do? Lead and manage FX back office/middle office operations and the hedging program, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Serve as functional lead for FXAll, overseeing trade lifecycle, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and counterparty management while partnering with Front Office, Risk, Treasury, and banks to resolve breaks and optimize processes. Hands-on experience with Kyriba TMS and FXAll, with proficiency in FX bilateral settlements and middle office operations, is preferred. Treasury

Roles and Responsibilities: •Lead FX Back Office & Middle Office Operations Oversee daily FX trade lifecycle activities including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all counterparties and regions. •Manage the Corporate Hedging Program Support execution of hedging activities, monitor exposures, validate hedge effectiveness, and ensure alignment with treasury risk policies while coordinating closely with Front Office and Global Treasury teams •Functional Ownership of FXAll & Kyriba TMS Serve as system functional lead for FXAll and Kyriba; maintain static data, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate enhancements, and drive best practices for straight-through processing and operational controls. •Counterparty & Stakeholder Coordination Partner with Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Accounting, external banks, and custodians to resolve breaks, address operational queries, support funding operations, and ensure smooth end-to-end settlement flows. •Process Governance, Controls & Optimization Maintain and enhance operational controls, SOPs, and reconciliation oversight frameworks. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation/efficiency initiatives to reduce operational risk and manual touches
