Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business priorities, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software delivery processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneTrust Privacy Management.
- Strong knowledge of privacy management frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in OneTrust Privacy Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
