About the role

The Director of Demand Generation will play a critical role in developing and executing our demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and support revenue goals. This individual will lead a team responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and has experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors. We are looking for a creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and analyze campaign performance. Use data insights and innovative thinking to make strategic adjustments and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are effectively driving pipeline growth and accelerating sales cycles.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop creative content strategies that support demand generation initiatives and align with buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing and business objectives.
About you
  • Experience: Several years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with leadership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies that drive significant pipeline growth and revenue, with a passion for creativity and new ideas.
  • Analytical and Creative Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, think outside the box, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and cultivate a creative and innovative team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data, insights, and creative ideas to senior executives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Highly strategic, with the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth initiatives and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • πŸ’° Competitive Compensation. For this role our base salary is targeted at $166,000 -$195,000 per year (this position has no bonus). Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

The interview overview

Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for our Director of Growth Marketing position. Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision.

  • 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team
  • 30 minute zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
  • Three video interviews with several team members (Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Ops) - 2.25 hours
  • Final Executive Interviews - 1.5 hours
