Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective and efficient solutions. This role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating those into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the evolving requirements of the business is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts across diverse business units to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities and project delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions using cloud-based data warehousing technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization within data warehouse environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
