Overview:
The Education Architect within the Professional Services organization is responsible for delivering high-impact, client-facing training that drives adoption and effective use of Blue Yonder solutions. Operating within a client-centric Education Services organization, this role focuses on delivering engaging, hands-on learning experiences while developing and maintaining high-quality training content.
The Education Architect enables customer success by translating complex solution capabilities into practical, real-world applications, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and Education teams to ensure alignment with product evolution, implementation needs, and customer outcomes.
This position is designed for professionals with experience delivering training and enablement within enterprise software, consulting, or professional services environments, rather than traditional academic or classroom‑based education settings.

The base salary for this position is $91,112 to $114,888 USD.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
