Job Description:
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to employees who use the shuttle service. Duties may include, but are not limited to: vehicle cleaning, proactive fueling and maintenance and submitting repair requests. The Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service for internal and external customers. Driver will manage vehicle schedule to pick up and return passengers to and from their destination.Education: ▪ Required: None ▪ Preferred: High School Diploma Experience: ▪ Required: 1 year of professional driving experience Skills: ▪ Has ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers and staff. ▪ Has ability to drive the vehicle safely in a variety of weather conditions. Operates Shuttle in accordance to all applicable law, per established policy guidelines. ▪ Has a basic knowledge & understanding of operation, maintenance, and care of vehicle. ▪ Acceptable driving record, as reviewed by Risk Management. ▪ Able to follow oral and written, general and detailed instructions as needed. ▪ Has excellent customer service skills. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: MO Commercial Driver’s License Class C required upon hire.
