- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in engineering, sciences or a business discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in creating data solutions
- In depth knowledge of product strategy development including key feature enhancements
- A deep understanding of Agile software development, specifically Scrum, and associated work-products. Familiarity with Jira or Rally is required, experience with confluence is preferable
- Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
- Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
- Exceptional data analysis skills and deep familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- A keen intellectual curiosity, a passion for problem-solving and a desire to solve client problems with new features and solutions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills including excellent spoken and written English including the ability to lead customer presentations

- Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Management you will drive development of new features and solutions as part of our long-term strategy as a Product Manager
- End-to-end responsibility covering product strategy/innovation, business requirements and definition, GTM, commercialization, ongoing product health and maintenance; leads cross-functional teams and ensures alignment across all stakeholder groups
- Owns and communicates product vision, business prioritization and roadmap; develops business cases and advocates for investment as needed, which includes partnering with Market (revenue) and IT (investment) teams and delegates work to shared Product Owners
- Monitors and analyzes product financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
- Spends time with clients capturing VOC and applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs
- Participates in Agile ceremonies, influences PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized Features and Enablers
- Communicates product strategy, vision and roadmap to senior leadership team
- Applies a commercial, user-centric mindset to build robust, market-back GTM strategies that are based on developing targeted needs-based market segments; informs pricing
- Ensures the successful roll-out of new products to Market & Sales teams, supports the development and delivery of comprehensive product training
- Manages overall product health including the business backlog, ongoing product support and product sunset strategies
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
