We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Creative Projects and Events to join our team at Member’s Mark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple creative projects and events simultaneously, ensuring that our messaging and branding are consistent across all marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing photoshoots and props, as well as experience with invoice management for creative projects.
As the Senior Manager of Creative Projects and Events, you will play a crucial role in bringing the Member’s Mark brand to life in every environment where it appears. In this role, you will harness the Member’s Mark brand guidelines to make recommendations and decisions that prioritize both associates and members. Your focus will be on enhancing effective partnerships, both internally and externally, to build strong brand loyalty for Member’s Mark.
To thrive in this position, you'll need sound judgment, thoughtful planning, and a knack for influencing others. Your presence will be key as you collaborate with product development, the brand creative team, marketing, and suppliers. You'll navigate interesting and complex challenges to create consistency while enhancing member understanding of Member’s Mark across all channels. Your ability to connect and communicate will be essential in driving our brand forward.
**This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension.**
What you’ll do…
In this role you will leverage the Member’s Mark brand guidelines to make associate and member-centric recommendations and decisions, enhance effective internal and external partnerships, and build brand loyalty for the Member’s Mark brand internally and externally.
Success in this role requires sound judgement, thoughtful planning, and the ability to influence others. You’ll use your presence to work with product development, brand creative team, marketing, suppliers and navigate interesting, complex challenges to create consistency while enhancing member knowledge of Member’s Mark across all channels.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
