Job Summary

    The Account Manager I, International Account Management is responsible for creating and growing positive relationships with healthcare facilities of all specialties. In this role you will manage the day-to-day business and operational relationships with our merchant partners at the staff level to increase revenue.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Implement an account management strategy according to assigned clients’ needs to secure as many new orders as possible.
    • Researches potential job order opportunities at client locations using all resources available – e.g. placement history, internal leads, websites (facilities, competitors), and other sources.
    • Consults clients on the outstanding value of our services by presenting new insights and solutions that resonate with client leadership to increase revenue opportunities across all service lines.
    • Updates systems with accurate first-day and orientation instructions to ensure a successful start of assignment in partnership with the Quality Services, Relocation, and Retention team.
    • Maintain facility data for accurate contact information, order details, and selling points to deliver high-quality profiles and respond quickly to client needs.
    • Continually looks for new, efficient ways to deliver the highest quality and interactive interviews using new technology.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in the healthcare industry
      • Experience in the service industry or recruiting experience

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $20 - $24 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
