Works under M&A Engagement Manager and/or M&A Market Leader; M&A Coordinators and other nominated LOB consultants to ensure a successful delivery client solutions by applying project management skills.
Participates in the delivery of culture, playbook, training and other project deliverables.
Participates in the due diligence process and transition projects.
Oversees M&A Coordinators and junior members throughout the projects.
Assists in identifying and closing on value added opportunities for the client throughout the M&A engagement.
Supports the client-facing business development activities as assigned such as researching clients, development of prospects/offerings/proposals/Engagement Letters/SOWs, conducting conflict checks and managing other M&A protocols, managing M-Drive and Webcas requirements, etc.
