Your Impact

Key team player on AXON Enterprises success. You will support the shipping team and ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. You are analytical, well-organized and excels in communication. 

Your Day to Day

  • Inbound processing of returned material in ERP System
  • Warranty adjustments per contractual agreements
  • Inspect and preform functional tests on material returned
  • Perform inventory movements physically and systematically within warehouse
  • Provide excellent customer service support through email for both external customers and internal employees.
  • Reviews all returns requests, offering resolutions to support a great customer experience.  
  • Ensure all return requests are resolved in a timely manner using case management software.  
  • Processes emails for replacements to include findings, actions taken, fees due
  • Support various RMA requirements as needs arise

What you bring

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of D365 and Salesforce

Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, carry for 8 of hours at a time; ability to lift 50 unaided; ability to ascend and descend stairs; ability to grasp and use small parts; ability to occasionally[kneel, crouch, bend as required to perform tasks

Work Environment

Within the Axon manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, ambient temperatures, close quarters, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, exposure to vibrations and industrial lighting

Personal Protective Equipment

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by Axon and may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes but is not limited to, safety eyewear, hearing protection. Employees are required to apply ergonomic correctness to all job tasks to the fullest extent possible.
