Job Summary:

Leads the implementation of organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance.

What You Will Do:

• Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
• Providing consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.
• Influencing and leading people to adoption of the organization's change initiatives to attain business results.
• Carrying out organizational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.

Data Gathering & Analysis:
• Describes alternative data-gathering techniques and tools.
• Documents basic data-gathering methodologies.
• Identifies the purposes of data gathering and analysis.
• Identifies key objectives in gathering and analyzing data.

Conflict Management:
• Demonstrates willingness to examine own position.
• Identifies potential and actual conflicts in own area.
• Cites instances of healthy and destructive conflicts.
• Discusses the causes of conflict; describes typical scenarios that lead to conflict.

Dealing with Disorder:
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of the concept of being able to respond in the face of VUCA.
• Describes theoretical scenarios that require decision-making and action in spite of VUCA; provides example responses.

• Gives examples of decisions and who influenced whom in the decision.
• Describes key concepts of influencing.
• Documents and distributes suggestions and ideas, with supporting detail.

• Provides examples of the characteristics of effective business relationships.
• Identifies key business relationships in own organization.

Communicating for Impact:

• Lists the barriers to effective communication, such as ambiguity of words.

Planning and Organizing:

Additional Information

The location for this position is Mossville, IL.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position will require less than 10% travel.
