岗位目标: 使用精密的测量工具检验各种生产或者采购的零件。                                  

岗位职责: 

1、在零件被放行到下一个工序前或者生产/装配线前检查工作生产或者采购的零件，扳金件和子装配件的质量。 

2、遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查原材料达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求。

3、设定和操作量检具检查设备补偿，校对目标值，基准线和加工零件设备定位装置等。

4、完成主管指定的其它任务。

背景/经验: 

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。

2、技术学校或者更高学历，机械专业或电气专业等优先考虑。

3、擅长机械图纸，了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法。

4、擅长操作普通量检具，如卡钳，千分尺，高度仪，空气量仪等。

5、对CMM/PMM有一定知识。

6、熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949，能使用基本的质量控制方法，如SPC等。

7、具备简单的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件。

8、3年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验优先考虑。

9、本岗位要求良好的质量意识和高度的责任心。
