Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the development and implementation of project management best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for customer escalations, claims, and negotiations.
• Monitor team capacity and align resources with current and future demand.
• Drive collaboration between North America and our Swiss headquarters.
• Support strategic planning with major accounts and during warranty phases.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for team growth.
• Track KPIs and lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial control and reporting through regular project reviews.

Your Background

• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience in technical project execution within industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-facing experience in complex project environments.
