As the Branch Manager at our Eagle Farm branch, you are a motivated leader with a passion for coaching and developing people. With your industrial background and experience managing small teams, you’ll drive both sales and warehouse operations to deliver exceptional results.

You will be the go-to person for your team, leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer focus.

What your day looks like?

• Lead and coach internal sales staff to exceed targets and deliver great customer service
• Manage warehouse operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety
• Support and develop your small team, creating a positive and productive work environment
• Drive sales strategies and operational processes aligned with business goals
• Maintain inventory control and quality standards
• Collaborate with other branches and internal teams to share best practices
