Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Parts Escalation Support Specialist will be responsible for managing parts escalations from HVAC/R field-based technicians, providing order updates, and order entry. This role will also support improving lead times of parts to HVAC/R technicians by proactively sourcing parts from suppliers with improved lead times. Additionally, this role will drive cost improvement into the business by seeking lower cost items with same form, fit, and function.

Main Requirements

• 3 years Customer Service experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a related field (such as procurement, logistics, or supply chain).

• HVAC parts experience

Main Responsibilities

• Manage parts escalations from HVAC/R field-based technicians, providing order updates and order entry

• Proactively source parts from suppliers with improved lead times to improve lead times for HVAC/R technicians

• Drive cost improvement into the business by seeking lower cost items with same form, fit, and function

• Analyze and ensure accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data

• Organize data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies

• Provide customer service and reporting in area of responsibility

• Execute processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Support customer requests and needs by utilizing analytical tools and extracting relevant data for reporting

• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

• Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

• Analyze and evaluate risks or compliance concerns and research solutions

• Evaluate financial data, key performance indicators, and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Utilize financial models, plans, and tools to conduct analyses for special and recurring projects

• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights

• Provide expert advice and guidance on the application of best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
