The Position

Are you passionate about the intersection of business strategy and data analytics? Do you thrive in environments where technology empowers human connection? As our new CRM Expert, you will be a key player within the Commercialization Excellence (COMEX) team.

Your mission is to enable our affiliate to maximize customer engagement through a robust CRM ecosystem. You won’t just manage a tool; you will be the bridge between global innovation and local impact. A thrilling part of your journey will be leading the upcoming 2027 migration, acting as the local architect of our new global standards.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Migration & Change Management: You will be the local "go-to" expert for the Veeva rollout. You’ll align technology roadmaps with business needs and lead the organizational change management to ensure our teams embrace the transition smoothly.

  • Data & Analytics Mastery: You’ll own the segmentation and targeting mechanisms, ensuring they reflect our omnichannel strategy. From territory alignments to data integration across platforms, you ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and compliant.

  • Business Empowerment: You will support decision-making through advanced reporting. Leveraging your SQL skills, you’ll optimize and automate processes to make our operations leaner and smarter.

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Training: You’ll be close to our end-users, defining learner paths and creating user guides. You’ll also be our voice in the international Roche network, sharing best practices and collaborating with CRM experts worldwide.

  • Compliance Stewardship: You will act as the guardian of data privacy and compliance within the CRM scope, ensuring every process meets our high ethical and legal standards.

Who You Are

We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with a growth mindset. To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in CRM systems, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations. If you come from the Pharma/Healthcare sector, that’s a huge plus!

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Informatics, or similar. Specialized training in Data Science will make you stand out.

  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with Veeva or Salesforce is highly valued. You are a SQL proficient user, capable of extracting and optimizing data to tell a story.

  • Agile Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional, and Agile environments. You don't just find roadblocks; you remove them.

  • Communication: You are a true team player with the ability to influence others. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, as you’ll be collaborating daily with our Global teams.
