The Role
As Veeva continues to scale, we are expanding our Employee Success (Human Resources) team in Europe. We are looking for an Employee Success Partner who will work strategically with the business to attract top talent and manage employee relations.
Playing a key role in our growth, you will help develop and drive Veeva’s employer brand in Eastern Europe, with a focus on Poland, whilst ensuring a compelling end-to-end candidate experience. As the local expert, you will partner global business leaders in their organizational planning and building growth strategies for the Eastern European Region. You will provide talent insights and help define talent pools and target markets.
This opportunity is available across Poland as this is a Work Anywhere role. You must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union.
