WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Agents Developer you will design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for solutions based on ChatGPT and other OpenAI technologies, contributing to maximizing the value of our artificial intelligence applications in human resources processes.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Design customised agents and prompts for ChatGPT language models according to specific business needs.
• Integrate ChatGPT or OpenAI developments with other applications (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, etc.)
• Optimise and refine existing prompts to improve their performance and effectiveness.
• Analyse interaction data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and continuously adjust prompt design.
• Research and apply best practices in prompt development, incorporating advanced methodologies and emerging trends in generative AI.
• Create and maintain technical documentation on prompt design, usage, and customisation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated on technological advancements, exploring new OpenAI model capabilities to provide value-added solutions in different contexts.

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of experience in agents’ development, especially with OpenAI technologies.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to adapt AI solutions to specific contexts.

EDUCATION

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or related fields.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced knowledge of ChatGPT and OpenAI technologies.
• Strong skills in natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with generative AI tools and platforms.
• Languages: Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).

• Availability to collaborate with global teams in different time zones.
