Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director Kyriba Academy, the position is tasked with assisting in standardizing the delivery process and performing the value-add services of the Kyriba Academy, such as, enable project team members and deliver custom ad-hoc projects.

This person will be responsible for assisting in the development of quantitative and qualitative metrics to increase Kyriba Employees’ knowledge of the application. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert in gathering requirements and developing solutions to address client needs are also essential to this role.

Responsibilities:

Training 

  • Proactively leads in-person and virtual training on specific modules to internal consultant, product engineers and partners. 

  • Coordinates internal campaigns to maintain awareness of Kyriba’s new and emerging capabilities and the potential application on client engagements.

  • Contributes and assists in the creation of collateral for trainings. 

Consultant Development

  • Mentors those partners or internal consultants with less experience through formal channels.

  • Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond standard Kyriba training.

Design and Development ELMS Content

  • Creating applicational training in multiple, engaging written and video formats; and creating collaboration learning opportunities to spread knowledge globally.

  • Conducts examinations on the deliverables of specific workflows to ensure they are prepared according to standard before presenting to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses a thorough understanding of Kyriba Modules capabilities. 

  • A bachelor's degree plus 3 to 8 years of experience in managing the Kyriba application.

  • 40% travel to Kyriba training sites and meetings is required.

  • Experience identifying, analyzing and disseminating best practices across a network of partners.

  • High level of organization is required; experience in program management is a plus.

  • Ability to develop, document and communicate project timelines and processes and to manage geographically and organizationally dispersed stakeholders through them.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data, findings and ideas clearly. 

Base compensation for this role is: $93,300.00 - $128,400.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
