Job Description

Intern, Human Resource

Duration: 6 months (July-Dec 2026)

Location: Bangalore

Position summary:

This internship provides hands-on experience in applying Human resource - Intern in daily administrative, operational & project-based tasks at Rolls-Royce. You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as HR processes, policies and best practices while contributing to overall efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in HR operations while working with a high volume fast paced environment.

 • Help to Maintain Employee records

• Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation

• Receive new joiners and introduce the respective team

• Employee engagements, activities and events

• Support employee relation activities

• Respond to employee queries and support the administrative process

• Support performance management and training initiatives

• Support on employee benefits initiatives

• Assist in ensuring HR policies and compliance are followed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in human resources

• Good Knowledge of MS Office/Google workspace.

• Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately.

• Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity.

•Ability to work with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
