GEICO is seeking a highly motivated person for the Claims Trainer position.
Main job duties will include:

  • Training, coaching, motivating, and moving performance of new hire classes.
  • Development of new hire training materials and refresher training modules.
  • Must be flexible as training hours may vary.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior GEICO Claims Trainer and/or Supervisor experience of 1 year required.
