The opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Corporate Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be the key operational contact for all advisers of group schemes, responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of key accounts and delivering an end-to-end customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining appropriate communication between functional areas.
Completing administrative tasks.
Escalating unresolved operational issues.
Proactively developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including Advisers and Third-Party Administrators.
Assisting the Corporate Solutions Manager and wider team in driving process, product, and service improvement.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
Strong administrative skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguous problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic.
The ability to work effectively both in a team environment and autonomously.
Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining great relationships both externally and internally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
