End User Sales Rep

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

3M is looking for a person to serve as a technical salesperson in the electrical products business. The applicant must be an Electrical Engineer by profession with demonstrable experience in technical sales; maintenance and expansion of the customer portfolio in the markets of: Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution; as well as technical commercial management in the areas of Industry maintenance and infrastructure projects. The objective of these functions will be to ensure that the company has a relevant share in the aforementioned markets and to be able to meet sales goals.

The impact you will make in this role:

• Maintain the level of commercial activities in current accounts and identify and develop new customers and opportunities.
• Meet the Performance and Development goals for this position.
• Compliance with KPIs specific to the position.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Electrical Engineer.
• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with the Salesforce System.
• More than 5 years of experience in similar roles with knowledge of the electrical market, infrastructure projects, and demonstrable experience in B2B sales of electrical products
• Knowledge of the technical business process.

This position requires travel availability for almost 100% of the time.
