Join us as our new Senior Industry Technology Specialist for Household Care SEA.

You will become part of our SEA Technical Service team, collaborating closely with our colleagues in Sales & Marketing to provide world-class technical support and innovative solutions to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and motivated Household Care technologist to lead our laboratory activities linked to the application of enzymes in a range of Household Care products.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Engaging customers in technical dialogues and inspiring them with demonstrations.

• Leading and coordinating all laboratory activities related to our technical customer projects.

• Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to understand customer needs and translate them into relevant laboratory activities for generating value-adding data.

• Conducting and supervising lab work, managing external testing, and academic collaborations.

• Identifying and solving complex technical issues, including a strong understanding of home care formulations.

• Planning and coordinating technical activities and supporting the launch of new products and applications.

• Representing Novonesis to customers and stakeholders and actively reaching out within the global TS and R&D community.

To succeed in this role, you would ideally have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical sciences, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology (with relevant experience).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Home & Personal Care industry.

• Strong communication, networking, and project management skills.

• A customer-oriented focus with a good technical understanding of homecare applications.
