The Transformation Program Execution Management (PEM) Central PMO team leads a diverse set of activities across the entire Regulatory Transformation Program including (i) managing and tracking progress against plan across multiple programs and in multiple regions and lines of business, (ii) establishing and enforcing standards and protocols for execution consistency and quality.
The team comprises four PMO core functions (Progress and Risks & Issues Management, Resource Management, Critical Path & Dependency Management, and Change Control Management) and two overarching functions (Enablement and PM Performance, Control and Oversight).


This role is directly related to the latest Article response and the newly established resource review process that's owned by the PEM Resource Management function.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the PEM Resource Management Lead with establishing the end to end quarterly BaU process for resource review including defining the roles and responsibilities, publishing the procedure and developing the key controls throughout the process

  • Work with technology partners to enhance the resource review template based on the user feedback; collaborate with the PEM Enablement team to design and implement an efficient and effective template approval process in the tool

  • Work creatively and analytically with the Transformation Program Execution (TPE) team and other senior stakeholders to ensure all templates are timely populated comprising accurate insights into the resource needs

  • Provide QC on all templates and act as a key point of contact for all queries related to the templates and quarterly process 

  • Support the PEM Resource Management Lead and TPE key stakeholders with developing efficient process across various teams to optimize the data consolidation process and ensure high-quality and on time delivery of all information to the TPE and TPM leadership team 

  • Maintain good record keeping including all submitted templates, internal log of templates collection and quarterly QC results 

  • Dive into a wide array of challenging areas and demonstrate an ability to streamline and simplify existing processes across teams and turnaround an issue quickly, working with stakeholders at various levels

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience ideally in Transformation Management and/or Program Management

  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Universitydegree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
