What we are looking for

• Successful completion of a relevant Master’s or PhD degree in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Business Administration
• First practical experience in Data Science and knowledge in areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Generative AI; several years of experience are a plus
• Good expertise in statistical modelling (in Python or R) and familiarity with common frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, as well as experience in data aggregation (e.g. SQL, Spark)
• Additional advantage: knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j), BI and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Willingness to travel for projects, ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a high level of client orientation
