Job Summary

Introba is seeking an intern to join our Marketing & Pursuits team in our Vancouver or Toronto office for Summer 2026. This internship is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative community where you will expand your knowledge and sharpen your skills through meaningful, hands-on work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You Will Do 

  • Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications, and other pursuit-related submissions. 

  • Format and assemble submission documents in accordance with corporate brand standards and client requirements. 

  • Update and organize marketing materials such as resumes, project sheets, presentations, and boilerplate content. 

  • Help maintain marketing databases and systems (e.g., OpenAsset, Deltek Vantagepoint) to ensure information is accurate and up to date. 

  • Support outreach to technical staff to gather information for proposals and marketing materials. 

  • Conduct basic research to help inform proposal content and business development efforts. 

  • Provide general marketing and administrative support to the team as needed. 

  • Gain hands-on exposure to the proposal development process and the AEC marketing lifecycle. 

 

What You Bring to the Team (Competencies) 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues 

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment 

  • Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior 

  • Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements 

 

 

Your Education and Experience 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. 

  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is preferred; a willingness to learn design and layout tools is encouraged.
