Role Definition

Responsible for managing various aspects of the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments to employees. This includes verifying worked hours, deductions, taxes, and compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that periodic payroll calculations are accurate, guaranteeing timely and correct disbursement of payments to employees.
• Oversees payroll routines, including validation of calculated wages, correction of anomalies detected during the process, and comparative analysis of results with previous periods.
• Collaborates with other departments to respond to inquiries and resolve issues that require interpretation of payroll policies, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Continuously evaluates existing processes to implement improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in payroll management.

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Location: Villa de García
• Travel requirement: 5%
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Desirable English: Intermediate/Advanced
