Position Summary
1. Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.Role and Responsibilities
1. [Communication strategy setting] Lead the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.
2. [Campaign planning] Lead the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.
3. [Brand strategy development] Lead the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.
4. [Management of integrated marketing program] Lead to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (PR, customer communication materials, events and etc.) can be carried out within a consistent message and a consistent tone and manner.
Skills and Qualifications
• As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters
• Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
• Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• May direct and control the activities of a broad function in one or more functional areas
• Has overall responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes and methods
• Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
• Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 years experience
