About This Opportunity  

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to play a key role in supporting UQ’s infrastructure development and growth by providing administrative and executive support for various projects and initiatives.

A large majority of your day will involve administrative support and office coordination for the team, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries. You will maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with the preparation of a wide range of documents related to these programs.​​

About You

Demonstrated administrative, secretarial, and coordination experience in a fast-paced office environment. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organised, provide exceptional customer service, and effectively interact with a range of stakeholders will be among your strengths. A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with strong problem solving skills.
