Power Apps & Power Automate Development
- Design, develop, enhance, and support solutions primarily using:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Build business applications, forms, workflows, approvals, and process automation solutions aligned with operational and business requirements.
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement activities for Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
SharePoint Support & Administration
- Assist in the administration and support of SharePoint environments including site maintenance, permissions, document libraries, workflows, and collaboration features.
- Support SharePoint-related enhancements, integrations, and business requests.
- Help improve document management, collaboration processes, and workflow automation leveraging SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
Platform Administration & Governance
- Support Power Platform administration activities including environment management, security roles, access management, monitoring, and deployment coordination.
- Assist with governance processes, standards, documentation, and best practices to ensure platform scalability, security, and operational stability.
- Participate in change management, testing coordination, and release activities.
Web Portal & Vendor Coordination
- Assist with coordination and organization of activities related to web portals, custom web applications, and vendor-supported development initiatives.
- Work closely with external vendors and development partners to track deliverables, coordinate testing activities, support issue resolution, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support intake, prioritization, and coordination of enhancement requests and development activities.
Business & Technical Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational needs, and support delivery of scalable business solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and integration requirements.
- Support documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer activities as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps)
- Microsoft Power Automate including cloud flows, approvals, and connectors
- Microsoft Power BI including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard/visualization development
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience building workflows, forms, approvals, automation solutions, dashboards, and business applications.
- Experience supporting SharePoint administration, collaboration sites, document libraries, permissions, and workflow integration.
- Experience with:
- Dataverse
- Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, and Storage Accounts
- Microsoft Teams application integrations
- Basic understanding of Power Platform administration, governance, and environment management.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or development partners.
- Familiarity with web portals, web applications, or custom development coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams integrations, and Azure services.
- Power Platform or Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, and enterprise data flows.
- Experience supporting low-code/no-code governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience administering or supporting WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and content management
- HTML/CSS and web best practices
