Legal & Litigation Support

  • Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and prepare memos on legal issues, legislation, and case matters.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform land title, company, business name, and PPSR searches.
  • Assist with litigation matters, including summarizing legal documents and supporting multiple group entities.
     

Debt Collection & Recovery

  • Manage daily queues, calls, webchats, and emails to facilitate debt collection.
  • Locate and contact customers to discuss outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and offer settlement options in line with policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account status, and file notes within the system.
  • Monitor aged debt accounts, prepare reports, and provide information to legal teams when escalation is needed.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including the Australian Debt Collection Guidelines.
     

Collaboration & Performance

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes, escalate complex issues, and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance trainings.
  • Uphold the integrity of Francom by delivering excellent service and aligning with company strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role in a legal and/or collections environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
