    Patient Care Director - RN – Coronary Care Unit (CCU) - Days

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish short- and long-term goals for the units. Help mentor new staff. Communicate with all levels of leadership.  And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

    This is a full-time days position located at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

    Preferred Criteria 

    o    Leadership and/or collaborative experience

    o    Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification from AACN

    Required Criteria

    o    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master’s Degree in healthcare

    o    Current New York State RN license

    o    3+ years of Registered Nurse experience in Critical or Cardiac Care

    o    Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

    o    Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000/Annual
