To coordinate and drive production planning activities within the organization to achieve high customer service level, risk mitigation, work closely with Production Department to meet or beat output as per target.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Coordinate and drive production planning activities within the organization to achieve high customer service level and meet or beat the output target
• Analyzes forecasts coming from the distribution centers using Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure accuracy and alignment with build plans
• Collaborates with S&OP to resolve discrepancies in IBP forecast
• Acts as SME for IBP relates inquiries at the site
• To provide support on SAP master data and work closely with Global Master Data as needed
• Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments. Providing Leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that Management assigns.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Proficient in SAP
• Experience with IBP or similar planning software/tools
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Strong project and time management abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
