The Safety & Security Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that safety and security processes and procedures within the country or location are properly applied and adhered to. The Safety & Security Coordinator provides a variety of services to maintain the safety and security of employees and their working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Access management:
Assigning and modifying access rights in the electronic access control system
Preparing various access card reports and access lists which serve as input samples for internal and external audits
Security cameras management:
Performing regular functionality checks
Supervising installation/maintenance works in coordination with external provider
Participating on Security Policy updates and ensuring the provisions of the Policy are being followed
Solving technical issues of the access control/monitoring system in coordination with external provider
Communication with Landlord and other service providers
Health & Safety:
Managing online training database
Organizing fire warden trainings and fire drills in cooperation with Health & Safety service provider
Cooperation with external vendor on monitoring, auditing and solving issues related to working environment legal compliance
Supporting various Environmental activities within company – globally or locally driven
Actively participating in readiness and continuous improvement activities, as well as the audit process related to the following certifications:
SOC1 (Physical Security)
ISO14001 (Environmental Management System)
ISO27001 (Information Security)
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Education - Secondary grammar school or university degree
1+ years of experience in Health & Safety area (Health & Safety expertise certification is an advantage)
Advanced user od MS Office
Good command of English – both written and spoken (B2 or above)
Ability to remain calm and use good judgment in emergency situations
Good interpersonal and communication skills (customer service)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external service providers and internal customers
Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented work
Flexibility and adaptability
Supervises:
Up to one team member (upon agreement)
