We are seeking a Complex Data Engineering Programmer to design, develop, and optimize complex data systems and infrastructures that support data processing and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of how to build data structures and algorithms. They must have an understanding and foundation of machine learning algorithms and have studied data structures development. To be successful as a consultant, you should demonstrate great skill in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and possess excellent communication skills

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages for complex data engineering tasks.
• Mastery in SQL for complex query optimization, data transformation, and analysis in relational and distributed database systems.
• Experience with big data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions and in designing efficient data models for both operational and analytical systems.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with streaming data analytics and real-time decision-making systems.
• Data Lakehouse Architectures: Experience in hybrid architectures that blend the benefits of data lakes and warehouses.

Soft Skills:

• Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially for complex data-related challenges.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity, and quickly pivot as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, EE, or Physics. 
• 1-3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus building data structures and algorithms. 
• Experience working in a high-growth tech company or a similar data-intensive environment is a plus.
