Job Description As a Senior Business Consultant – Finance with specialized expertise in Infor M3 Finance Management and Migration you will have an in-depth understanding of financial business processes and the ability to deliver practical business solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Lead and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, mapping and validation for financial modules within Infor M3. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design migration workflows and resolve data quality issues. - Ensure seamless communication within the team and stakeholders - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Responsible for team decisions Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and/or Costing. - Proficient in M3 Financial Controlling modules such as Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, Multi-Unit Coordination, Risk Management, and Time Accounting. - Experience with M3 Financial Accounting modules including Bank Statement Automation, Group Consolidation, Tax Management, Report Generation, and ADC for Supplier Invoices. - Extensive experience with Infor M3 ERP and Finance Management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience in designing and implementing financial process improvements.
