How You'll Shine:
Engage with Enthusiasm: Initiate calls to owners with exclusive vacation offers that align with their preferences and prior vacation habits
Assist with Bookings: Simplify the booking process by taking care of the details, securing dates, accommodations, and providing personalized recommendations
Troubleshoot with Confidence: Help owners with reservation modifications, cancellations, and any travel queries that arise, ensuring a seamless experience
Uncover Vacation Desires: Conduct discovery conversations to better understand what each owner is dreaming of, ensuring your offers are exactly what they’re looking for
Be the Expert: Gain and share knowledge on our resorts, amenities, and prime destinations, positioning yourself as a trusted guide in their vacation planning
Ensure Smooth Travels: Confirm details and review policies with owners, educating them on insurance options and points protection to give them peace of mind
Create a Lasting Impact: Answer questions about our vacation club product, helping owners maximize their benefits for memorable getaways
Advance Your Career: Outbound is a specialized, boutique queue and our guides have successfully transitioned into new roles in ORS, Wyndham Cares and VOA
Schedule:
Training schedule (4 weeks): 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST
Hours of Operations: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST
A specific 40-hour schedule will be given in training
What You’ll Bring:
Passion for travel and hospitality
Good listening and conversational skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Willingness to work evenings and holidays
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Basic computer skills
A high school diploma or GED
