Job Description:

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Professional. The selected candidate will join the Headquarters area at Ferrovial within the Global Learning and Development Team in charge of Global L&D function and the University by Ferrovial programs. 

The Talent Department is focused on setting policies and programs to attract and develop our employees, providing value-added and innovative people management solutions to the business and employees’ needs.  Our mission is to help each employee achieve their potential. 

Key Responsabilities

  • Support in the implementation, communication and logistical organization of face-to-face and virtual training and programs.  
  • Design and manage learning initiatives using different channels and methodologies (face to face, online, blended learning, gamification, collaborative tools,…), which fit with specific needs, target audiences, region, function, etc.
  • Analyze Learning & Development needs in the Organization and assist Business Unit’s HR teams to ensure the best match between business needs and learning solutions provided in the function.
  • Produce, develop and curate online training paths always aligned to business and L&D function priorities.
  • Promote Online and Onsite Campus of the L&D function, suggest, explore and implement  innovative solutions for efficiency and continuous improvement of the function.
  • Audit periodically L&D Data and Global L&D dashboards.
  • Execute all reporting of the L&D function ensuring accurate data analysis and validation and main conclusions. Provide support in auditing processes.
  • Manage billing and participate in budgeting follow-up of the area in alignment to the company’s processes and tools and according to their managers’ guidelines.
  • Manage FUNDAE credit in alignment to the training plan when assigned in responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • University Degree.
  • Master or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience (1-2 years) in learning/development.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or C1)
  • MS Office tools: Advance (mainly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Other: valuable experience with Workday & Power BI, Valuable experience in reporting / billing processes and tools.
  • Skills: analysis, planning & organization, communication & presentation skills, client orientation.
