To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Finance & Accounting professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and building the backbone of private markets.

Top responsibilities

  • Be responsible for preliminary accounting for all bunch companies (including in the UK and the Netherlands), including setting up our preliminary accounting to serve as a tool for decision-making, contributing and updating your own specialist knowledge of accounting, controlling, etc.

  • Take over accounts payable and accounts receivable management, including invoicing

  • Coordinate with external tax consultants handling accounting, annual financial statements and tax matters of the bunch companies

  • Support with bunch group consolidation based on accounting data

  • Creation of analyses on sales deferral and budget review for recommendations for management, including in the context of controlling and budgeting

  • Collaboration with bunch's automation team at the interface between finance, operations and automation

What you should bring with you

  • Ideally experience with DATEV and spend management tools (e.g. Moss, Spendesk) or similar software, and the willingness to expand previous knowledge

  • Several (2-4) years of experience in an in-house finance function and/or a completed training as a tax clerk, financial accountant or accountant

  • Attention to detail and quality awareness

  • Excitement about being part of a dynamic, innovative, fast-moving and creative environment and the company culture of bunch

  • Commitment, flexibility and personal responsibility

  • Previous experience in SaaS companies and/or the fund industry is a plus

  • German and English (at least C1), but no native speakers required
