About the Role & Team
We are looking for Senior Professional, responsible for Partner Marketing.
The Disney+ team is responsible for the launch and day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe and Africa, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.
This role sits within the team spearheading the MENA roll out of Disney’s new streaming platform, Disney+. Working alongside Commercial teams, it focuses on delivering best in class Disney+ partnership campaigns
The role is intensively collaborative in nature - working with several Disney+ stakeholders, wider TWDC business units as well as multiple external partners and agencies. The role will be responsible for ensuring our partners are effectively driving awareness of Disney+ as well as delivery of subscribers.
Day to day the role will work with partners/markets to ensure:
· Guidelines, IP usage and ways of working are clearly set out
· Campaigns are thoroughly planned, well executed and reviewed
· Innovative creative thinking and idea generation
The role will help to support the end to end activation of partnership delivery including customer redemption journeys, marketing, customer services and technical deliverables.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.
Areas of Responsibility
Project Management: A key member of the team, this role will support partner marketing and campaign activation for Disney+. Working with existing TWDC processes and developing new ones to enable Europe to efficiently produce through the line partnership campaigns; Leading meetings with local markets, clients and agencies, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
Managing Creative Assets: working with the global/EMEA brand, creative and legal teams to ensure promotional guidelines and approved assets are developed and delivered to partners across EMEA. Establishing processes and systems to best deliver these to our partners.
Client Servicing: Excellence in client servicing, helping build long term relationships with our largest strategic partners and delivering a seamless partner experience. This role requires someone who can work hand in hand with relevant teams, for example commercial, product and content to ensure the partnership(s) are successful and delivering against terms.
Brand guardian, creative and detail: This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time-keeping and budget management to deliver professional, innovative and high-quality campaigns. The candidate will ultimately become a brand guardian for Disney+ and its respective Originals, ensuring all campaigns deliver on the brand strategy
Systems and Approvals: Intimate working knowledge of the various systems and campaign submission using tools such as; PAS, CBM guidelines, topline Legal policies, SAG fee participation.
Relationships: Strong external relationships (clients and agencies) and strong internal relationships; all marketing departments, legal, CBM, Technical Account Management, Affiliates.
Partner with US (NY and Burbank) teams to ensure European needs are understood and met. Strong communication/alignment is a must
Other:
Be the expert in cultural nuances, competitors and TWDC ecosystem in all MENA markets
Promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find opportunities for growth and optimization

Work with the insights team to understand deeply the performance of partner campaigns as an acquisition tool, in order to refine approach and drive improvement
Areas of Accountability
Working with local teams and external partners to build awareness of Disney+ and the films/series launching on the platform
Delivery of sign-ups from partnership campaigns
Creating marketing efficiency, establishing no/ low-cost acquisition opportunities
Managing various trackers, including campaign, asset and action trackers, to ensure activity is kept up to date for visibility across team.
Day-to-day support and point of contact for local partner teams, from pitch phase to implementation
Facilitate communication flow with the MENA local market teams- including distributing materials and information, organising and documenting regular calls, meetings and updates
Effective communication of Disney+ brand and partnership strategy to local MENA markets
Create high-level documents to showcase Disney+ output to high level stakeholders.
Experience required:
Experience in supporting end to end marketing or partnership campaigns
Demonstrated experience of stakeholder management across a matrix organisation
Experience working within the Entertainment industry (TV, Studios or SVOD)
Experience of working across international markets preferable
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
Proficient Arabic required for this role
