Context of the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Marketing team and wider commercial business. This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will support our marketing operations, digital marketing and field marketing functions, and requires close alignment with the global sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Support our all email marketing programmes by preparing email campaigns, managing prospect lists and reporting on KPIs.
  • Carry out a range of data analysis skills using spreadsheets, matching various lists of contacts and accounts with external sources as per our standard operating procedures.
  • Manage our data imports into our marketing automation platform, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  • Monitor and manage our inbound lead processes, making sure there are no errors or issues and that lead qualification SLAs are met.
  • Support our events marketing team with prospect list building, creation of event landing pages and email outreach campaigns.
  • Support our field marketing and demand generation team with local event logistics. 
  • Support our digital marketing campaigns, helping to ensure they are effective and delivering on the KPIs targets set.
  • Manage campaign tracking of our key marketing programmes ensuring our tracking and data is accurate.
  • Implement and execute Marketing department internal communications to keep up to date all internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns and performances.
  • Support marketing department with vendor payment tracking and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English. 
  • 4+ years experience working in Digital Marketing roles, ideally within B2B technology organisations.
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Salesloft or equivalent.
  • Experience using Salesforce Account Management (Pardot) and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with events management and internal communications preferred.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and support data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, such as sales and product.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and reports.
