Role Summary:

The Legal Operations Project Manager at eBay is will have responsibility for supporting operational efficiency within the Legal, Compliance & Government Relations team through innovative project management. If you have an exploratory spirity with a deep interest in AI, this is going to be the place for you! This role requires expertise in agile methodologies and legal technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional engagement. The Project Manager will oversee the optimization of processes and tools, leveraging data analytics and change management strategies to enhance end user experience and project outcomes. With a focus on understanding how to contribute to solutions and identifying best options for legal technology, this position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about leading impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and be responsible for legal operations projects focused on elevating operational efficiency across the Legal, Compliance & GR team.
• Lead projects with an emphasis on optimizing processes and identifying tools to improve operational efficiency .
• Partner with internal and external collaborators, including ITSS (Information Technology Solutions & Services), to drive successful implementation and adoption of innovative changes.
• Lead portfolio management and multi-functional initiatives, engaging team members at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and success.
• Leverage technology implementation experience to enhance project outcomes and streamline operations.
• Use data analytics to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend new tools or technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, communication, and training initiatives to support organizational change and enhance team understanding.
• Conduct performance analysis and report project outcomes using quantitative and qualitative measures to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a consistent track record in leading a variety of projects from inception to completion.
• In house legal or compliance experience a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing change management, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies.
• Scrum Master experience preferred, to facilitate iterative project execution and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated data for informed operational and strategic decision-making.
