Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with strong technical expertise in Datacenter Infrastructure and Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), primarily on Microsoft Azure & AWS. The candidate will play a critical role in managing and supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and scalability of enterprise IT services. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage Datacenter Infrastructure and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS) for multiple products and environments. • Execute migration of on-premises workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime. • Provide hands-on support and administration in areas such as Security, IP Address Management (IPAM), Domain/Active Directory, DNS and Networking. • Oversee application and infrastructure licensing, ensuring compliance and renewals. • Perform Vulnerability Management, Patching, and Windows Updates across servers and infrastructure components. • Manage and support File Servers, MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), and other core infrastructure services. • Monitor system health and performance using tools such as PRTG (knowledge of other monitoring solutions is a plus). • Support and integrate with Azure DevOps pipelines and workflows (added advantage). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, availability, and security compliance. • Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical runbooks for operational excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: • User & Access Management: Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across Windows AD and Linux environments. • System & File Management: Configure file systems, storage, partitions, and manage OS-level resources. • Process & Service Administration: Monitor and optimize system performance, manage services, and troubleshoot processes. • Networking & Connectivity: Configure and troubleshoot VPN, DNS, IP, routing, firewall rules, and connectivity issues. • Patch & Update Management: Apply security patches, OS updates, and ensure compliance. • Security & Hardening: Implement best practices for securing Windows and Linux systems (privilege management, policies, GPO). • Monitoring & Logs: Use system logs and monitoring tools to detect, analyze, and resolve issues. • Automation & Scripting: Automate routine admin tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent scripting. • Backup & Recovery: Manage backup strategies, snapshots, and recovery procedures. Nice-to-Have Skills • Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD automation. • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.). • ITSM or similar process knowledge. • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure operations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
