Job Description Summary:

This position supports the creation and execution of strategies and tactics that will develop and continually enhance the business position and market leadership of OhioHealth. The Advisor will do so through assignments to support the growth and development needs of a geographic territory/care site as well as an individual business unit, and through support as required of both Business Development and Market Growth team and system-level growth initiatives.

The Advisor will play a key role on the team, with both direct leadership of projects and support for the work the team executes across the organization to drive growth. As such, the position offers the ability to learn the business development function within a successful, high-growth integrated health system, gain a high degree of exposure to senior leadership in various functions, and develop significant experience in growth strategy and business development processes.
