Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Application Maintenance and Production Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in supporting mission-critical applications in secure financial environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SWIFT solutions (AMH/AMG/SAG), experience with Oracle 19c, and proficiency working in Linux environments. A basic understanding of Java Spring Boot and scripting is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 application support for SWIFT systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime

  • Perform incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution

  • Monitor and maintain system health, logs, interfaces, and message flows using SWIFT platforms (AMH, AMG, SAG)

  • Handle system patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in compliance with security policies

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams for seamless issue resolution

  • Document operational procedures and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

  • Support disaster recovery drills and implement corrective actions where necessary

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with SWIFT Solutions: AMH, AMG, and SAG

    • Exposure to secure environments with an understanding of encryption, 2FA/MFA, and audit procedures

    • Familiarity with MTxxx message formats and ISO20022 standards

    • Experience working with RHEL or equivalent Linux distributions (e.g., SUSE Linux)

    • Proficiency with Oracle Database 19c


    Nice-to-Have Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of Java Spring Boot

    • Experience with Shell scripting for automation and monitoring

    • Familiarity with JBoss (Application Server), Apache (Web Server), and Citrix environments
