Title: Workday Business Analyst - Finance

PURPOSE
Responsible for evaluating, analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the organizations’ Workday Finance system. Ensure system work flows and processes align with business and compliance requirements. Serve as a technical point of contact; work with subject matter experts to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity and workflow efficiency. Give technical guidance and direction to administrative and functional staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a functional or technical support role in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment. Prior experience utilizing various ERP systems and applications.
Mental: Must have excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
