Job Summary:
JLL is a world-class real estate transformation consultancy specializing in people and place.
As a Manager/Associate Director in Work Dynamics Consulting for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, you will step into a crucial leadership role on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave from April to August. Based in Dubai,
you'll drive strategic initiatives, manage key client relationships, and ensure the continued growth and success of our consulting practice in the region during this interim period.

Location: Dubai, UAE / Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Work Dynamics consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Execute the Work Dynamics strategy in MEA, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
• Drive business development efforts and maintain key client relationships.
• Oversee and mentor project teams to deliver outstanding results in:
• Place-focused strategies: portfolio, location, workplace...
• People-focused strategies: transformation and change, experience, organizational design/operating model...
• Refine and develop consulting offerings and value propositions to meet evolving market demands.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying insights to client solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous
improvement.
• Represent the Work Dynamics team in regional leadership meetings and contribute to MEA business strategy.
• Ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer at the beginning and end of the maternity cover period.
Qualifications:
• 7 - 10 years of experience in strategic or management consulting, with a focus on people and place strategies.
• Proven track record in project management, business development, and client relationship management at
senior levels.
• Strong understanding of the MEA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
• Ability to travel within GCC and Middle East as required.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Significant experience in real estate, professional services, or business services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills.
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and navigating organizational dynamics.
Other skills and experience should include:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic skills highly desirable.
• Adaptability and ability to quickly integrate into an existing team structure.
• Experience in interim or maternity cover roles is a plus.
• Availability for the full duration of the assignment (April - August).
