Role Description 

As Analytics Manager you will be joining a dynamic team growing in responsibility and exposure, reporting to the Director of Analytics. You will play a vital role in the success of our Analytics efforts with our client teams and on behalf of our broad portfolio of clients, many of whom are some of the most respected brands in Europe and beyond. You will have the opportunity to impact the development of our team’s efforts toward our future-facing objectives, shaping the quality of our services, owning relationships with key stakeholders and developing those in the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be leading analytics projects with initiative a high degree of autonomy from conception through to delivery, turning data into meaningful insights, developing narratives that both delight and challenge, matching solutions to objectives and holding efforts to high standards of rigour and quality.
  • You will proactively develop and maintain strong partnering relationships with client account teams to understand client business challenges and translate them into analytical approaches and decision-driving analysis.
  • You will engage with some clients directly, partnering with them on the project journey as well as presenting analysis and findings to them.
  • You will have the opportunity to shape, adjust and improve processes and practices that support the delivery of great analytical efforts, as well as developing other team members.
  • You will be overseeing multiple analytics workstreams, project managing effectively and working with partner and support teams to meet deadlines consistently.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • You will be a solutions-oriented individual who thrives through engaging with others and consulting in objectives centred efforts and support those around you.
  • You have hands-on experience as well as a strong understanding of analytics techniques and practices including how these can, and are, applied within a media and advertising context.
  • You are a strong communicator, and are confident in conversations with stakeholders of varied seniority, able to confidently present analysis findings and able to advocate for your view if necessary.
  • You have a good knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and environment, including key data sources, opportunities, challenges and trajectory.
  • You enjoy working with and supporting the people around you, generously sharing what skills and knowledge you do have, as well fostering effective working relationships that facilitate the ultimate objectives.
  • You have hands-on experience of at least one of the following; Python, R, SQL, Alertyx, Snowflake or Tableau.
  • You are a lifelong learner always eager to continue to grow and develop.
